Overview
This project was created at the time while I work for my last company - Heya Refrigeration Co., Limited. They want to create a website with government funding programme, so I provided a high fidelity interactive design mockup for the digital agent.

Main Objectives
1. Heya did not have a company website before this project, they want to increase sales lead form new website.
2. There are limited resources from the government funding, the money can only allow a digital agent to create and maintain a normal company information website for a year.
3. Design the website that could allow customers in this special market convert to sales lead in few clicks.
The Design Thinking and Process
Heya is a new company which found less than 2 year when this project happen, the company only provide refrigeration system related products and services to closely cooperated partners. This is the first time they go public and approach to new customers.
Although Heya provides services and import products, this project will be more focus on selling products, after research on internet, we found that most competitors are putting every product information on their website. However base on our experience working in this field for years, no matter the customers are contractors or end-users, most of them would not have complete knowledge on choosing the best product themselves in this niche industrial / commercial market. The best way is to let our salesman to contact with customer, have a site survey meeting, and decide the best available products and service. Although we could put all product details on website like others, we did not go the same way. I will explain the design rational on the next part with some cap screen on the prototype.
Two Streams for Customers
Base on our understanding of customers, there are mainly two type of customers who will get into our website from searching engine. First type are the contractors who search by the type of products they want to purchase. For example, a contractor maybe sourcing for evaporators, they could use the "Brands" page to see all the brands that make similar products (Webpage 1). The second type will be end customers who search about the products of their field, and the "Industries" page would work for them to browse all provided brands for their field. For example, after a client click on cold stroage (Webpage 2), the cold storage page (Webpage 3) will show all the brands or products included in that industry.
Create Simple and Direct Experience to Customers
After customer reach brand details page (Webpage 4), there are few information and selection provided for customer, but all of that are the most essential steps on knowing the brand and product provided. Firstly they can use the link to the brand website, to learn about the brand origin and authenticity of the brand, after that they can download product catalogue from our site to save some time finding around on the brand's website, after they acquire essential information, they can then click contact us to connect with Heya salesman to learn more.
Adobe XD Prototype
There is a Adobe XD Prototype made for the website, every buttons and pages are ready except for blog pages, in the mean time the company still working on what to present on blog page, therefore that page is still under development.
